How to best exchange and return

If you want to return or exchange an item, that is not a problem with us (with the exception of Silicone products such as breast prostheses and nipple prosthetics, these cannot be exchanged or returned).

We ship to you for free in the Netherlands.
The shipping costs to us for the return are for your account.
The re-sending of the exchanged items is again on behalf of Annamamelle, so again free for you.
Return can often be done in the same box.

Your return costs of our goods within the Netherlands are on average between € 3.95 for letterbox mail and € 6.95 for a package.

You have 30 days right to return your order in "new condition".

Exception please for Ulla Dessous Lingerie to return it within 14 days SVP.

* The products must come back in niet gedragen "new condition"i.e.: not worn / not washed / and do not contain stains and smells, also no smoke air.

The trader shall reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the trader for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days of the day on which the consumer reports the withdrawal.
